During that time I gained experience in the real estate development process, working on new construction homes, and small to large scale remodels.  We developed several small pieces of property which included us creating the streets and building homes for the neighborhoods.  We would build out the houses in small groups of 1-5 at a time as the land developments progressed.  We also did several small lot splits to add multiple units to single pieces of property.

My time on Maui has been spent doing 3.5yrs of property management upkeep and remodels for a family business, after which I worked for Rising Sun Solar for 4 years.  My familiarity with the Maui construction scene is a bonus as I am able to pass it on to my new clients with Maui ReBuilders L.L.C.  I take all this experience and knowledge and apply it to your property to get it to look and feel exactly how you want.   Whether your project is a small one room remodel, simple paint and exterior upkeep of rusted and weather damaged areas, or a full on whole house multi room update, we are here to help guide you through the process from initial estimates through final permitting and occupancy.
